Beach breaks have long been synonymous with travel in Asia, from the islands of Thailand's south to the long stretches of sandy beaches in India's Goa. Whether it’s a relaxing break on a secluded beach or a more action-packed vacation including diving and watersports you prefer, Asia has an abundance of beach destinations to choose from.

For relatively undeveloped stretches of coastline, head to the beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka's south, or the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc. Cambodia offers the up and coming beach town of Sihanoukville with a range of beaches to explore, or the quieter seaside town of Kep. Nha Trang is a wonderful place for a more action-packed beach vacation, with a mix of watersports, great hotels and fabulous fresh seafood restaurants to try.
