Amazing Thailand terms & conditions
  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms & conditions. Entry is via http://www.travelindochina.com/  
  2. Participation is free to all US/Canadian residents, aged 18 years or older who complete the entry form at http://www.travelindochina.com/ during the promotional period. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. The promotion starts 1 August 2009 and concludes 30 November 2009. All entries must be received by close of business 30 November 2009.
  4. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The promoter, Travel Indochina, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize.
  5. One winner will be chosen selected by a Travel Indochina representative between 5 – 9 December 2009 at Travel Indochina, 300 Continental Blvd. Suite 350, El Segundo, CA 90245. The winner will be issued with a prize winner letter and their name and entry will be published on http://www.travelindochina.com/.
  6. The prize is a trip for two people (twin share) on a Thailand Discovery Small Group Journey. This 10 day Small Group Journey is to be taken in 2010 (departure date no later than November 30, 2010). The prize value includes the trip cost only. The prize does NOT include international airfares, spending money, meals, travel taxes, travel insurance, passports and visas.
  7. Travel is subject to booking availability and black out periods may apply. Prize can not be used in conjunction with any other Travel Indochina or third party special offers. Travel must be arranged by the winner contacting Travel Indochina with their prize winner letter. The promoter will not contact the winner to arrange travel and this is the winner’s responsibility.
  8. The prize is valued at up to US$ 4,540 based on the value for two people departing on Thailand Discovery Small Group Journey. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  9. All participants in the competition agree to be contacted by Travel Indochina and/or the Tourism Authority of Thailand and will automatically be subscribed to Travel Indochina’s e-newsletter.
  10. Travel Indochina is not held liable to any participant in the promotion for any loss, damage or injury, cost or expense a participant suffers, incurs or sustains and arising out of this competition.
  11. The promoter is Travel Indochina, a Stella Travel Services Company of 300 Continental Blvd, Suite 350, El Segundo, CA 90245, USA.
