You will visit places far off the beaten path and have the chance to witness traditional Vietnamese village life, as you spend your vacation among the locals. The local ethnic hilltribe minority people have been making their livelihoods building beautiful rice terraces that cling precariously to the mountains near the borders of China and Laos for centuries. You will discover Sapa's village markets, Heaven's Gate, gushing waterfalls at Thac Bac and the Ta Van Valley.
